Your Move to CRM Dance
What actually happens, step by step. The honest version.
TL;DR
- The whole move takes about 6 weeks from the first meeting to go-live.
- We copy your data. You check it before anything counts.
- You learn the app for 4 weeks — two short meetings a week.
- The 2 weeks after go-live feel bumpy. That's normal, and we're in the chat with you the whole time.
- One thing we need from you: tell us directly when something is wrong.

- ★Go live!The big day
1. Meet & plan
Week 1
- One meeting. We agree the plan and pick a target go-live date.
- You name the front-desk person who will be our main contact.
- We start a group chat: your team + ours.
2. We copy your data
Weeks 1–2
- Students, teachers, classes, packages, payments — all of it.
- You keep working in your current system like normal.
- Nothing changes for you yet.
3. You look at it
Week 3
- We sit together for up to 2 hours and check the copy.
- Payments match, students under the right teachers, times correct.
- You tell us what looks wrong — we fix it.
4. You learn the app
Weeks 3–6
- Two short meetings a week with your front-desk person.
- Ask anything, flag anything. Nothing is a dumb question.
- Skipping one meeting is fine. Going quiet is not.
5. We check everything
Week 6
- You sign off on the data.
- Your staff runs the everyday flows with their own hands: schedule a class, take a payment, find the money, run a report.
- When it all works, the go-live date is locked.
6. Go live!
The big day
- You stop entering data in the old system. We copy the final changes.
- We check the money down to the cent.
- From today, everything happens in CRM Dance.
Honestly: it gets bumpy
before go-live2 weeks afterthen: calm
- The week before go-live is a bit chaotic.
- The 2 weeks after are really chaotic. Everyone is learning, questions pile up, something always comes up.
- That's normal. It is not a sign the move failed.
- We are in the chat the whole time. Then it calms down — and stays calm.
Your promise to us
Before we start, we ask everyone on your team to promise one thing (there is a short form):
- If something is bad, say it in the chat — directly. Blunt is fine.
- Do not save complaints for your boss. We can only fix what we hear about.
- Meetings are recorded so nothing gets lost.
