SMS Terms and Conditions

1. Program Name And Operator

These SMS Terms and Conditions apply to the CRM Dance SMS Messaging Program operated by Management Systems Solutions, Inc., doing business as CRM Dance.

2. Program Description

CRM Dance may send SMS and MMS messages related to CRM Dance account activity, operational notices, schedule reminders, lesson or appointment updates, support replies, demo or smoke-test messages, and two-way customer care conversations. Messages may be sent by CRM Dance or by a dance studio using CRM Dance software to manage its operations.

The CRM Dance SMS Messaging Program is not an emergency alert system. Do not rely on SMS messages from CRM Dance for emergency communications.

3. Consent And Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number to CRM Dance, to a CRM Dance-powered studio, or through CRM Dance software, and by affirmatively agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive SMS and MMS messages from CRM Dance. Consent may be collected through CRM Dance web forms, app flows, account setup, studio registration workflows, or direct support interactions. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity, schedule changes, reminders, support conversations, and other operational needs. You may receive multiple messages per week during active scheduling, account support, or testing.

5. Message And Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to any messages sent to you from CRM Dance and to any messages you send to CRM Dance. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging or data plan.

6. Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, CRM Dance will send a confirmation message when supported by the messaging service, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from that messaging program unless you opt in again.

8. Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery may depend on your carrier, device, coverage, and network conditions.

9. Privacy

SMS-related information is handled according to the CRM Dance SMS Privacy Policy.

10. Changes To These Terms

CRM Dance may update these SMS Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised last updated date.
