It applies when you use CRM Dance, contact CRM Dance, submit information through CRM Dance, or receive text messages for account support, operational notifications, schedule reminders, and two-way customer care conversations.

We may collect information you provide directly to CRM Dance, to a CRM Dance-powered studio, or through CRM Dance software, including:

  • name, email address, mobile phone number, and account details;
  • studio, student, staff, schedule, billing, or support information entered into CRM Dance;

  • SMS opt-out and opt-in status, including STOP, START, and HELP requests;
  • message content, message direction, delivery status, timestamps, and related support history;
  • technical and security information needed to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the messaging service.

  • send account, schedule, reminder, and support messages;
  • receive and respond to inbound text messages;
  • provide CRM Dance software, websites, and customer support;

CRM Dance does not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We may use service providers, telecommunications carriers, and messaging vendors only as needed to deliver messages, process replies, maintain compliance records, prevent abuse, and support the messaging service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties for their own marketing.

5. Message Frequency And Rates

Message frequency varies based on account activity, schedule changes, reminders, support conversations, and other operational needs. You may receive multiple messages per week during active scheduling, account support, or testing. Message and data rates may apply.

6. Your Choices

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You can request help by replying HELP. Opting out of SMS messages does not opt you out of non-SMS communications that are necessary to provide CRM Dance services or studio operations.

7. Data Retention And Security

We retain SMS-related records for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain consent and compliance records, resolve support requests, prevent abuse, and satisfy legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect SMS-related information.
