Ignite Dance Competition

Ignite Dance Competition is a regional dance competition based in Summerville, South Carolina, with a 2027 tour of 25 regional events across the East Coast and South, followed by Florida Nationals in Orange Park and Virginia Nationals in Hampton. Routines compete at Recreational, Competitive, Elite and Pro-Am levels in age divisions from Mini (6 and under) to Adult (20+), and registration is for studios only through DanceCompGenie. Ignite caps the number of routines per city to avoid late-night award shows and early-morning starts, includes free convention-style classes each weekend, and gives registered dancers complimentary photos and video. The company also runs non-competitive fall conventions for dancers and teachers.
